Returns can be made only for faulty or damaged items within 14 days of purchase. In the interest of hygiene and for your protection we DO NOT accept exchanges or provide refunds for pierced earrings, packs containing pierced earrings, body piercings or hair accessories unless the items are exhibiting a genuine fault. Please review our change of mind policy before you apply for an online return to ensure your purchase can be exchanged or refunded.
Items should be returned with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork (such as diamond certificates or watch instruction booklets). Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.
We do not accept refunds on goods that are on sale or reduced or special buys.
RETURNS POLICY
- You may return new items sold and fulfilled online by Coco Jewelery within14 days of delivery for a full refund after examination. Consumer trading laws state, goods must be returned to the seller before any refunds can take place. All returns are at buyers expense. You need to email us at refund@cocojewelery.com to initiate a return. You’ll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.
